Treyfect is, first and foremost, a company that cares about the safety and well-being of people. The most effective way to implement a strong Safety Management System is to assure that safety is integrated throughout the entire organization, with the full support and commitment of senior leadership. Safety must be linked to all inter-company functions such as finance, human resources, information technology, organizational learning and employee communications.
These linkages firmly support the four pillars of safety as described by the Federal Aviation Administration:

Rebecca L. Hoffmann Hoffmann served as a Helicopter Mechanic and Technical Inspector in the United States Army, gaining aviation maintenance experience in several rotary wing type aircraft. Earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautics and Aviation Safety from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Hoffmann attended the prestigious USC Viterbi School of Engineering at Los Angeles, with study in Safety Program Management. She is based out of Wichita, Kansas with world wide operations.
